- Yes. We talk through your space, your taste and your budget, and you leave with a point of view — whether or not you become a member.
- Do you mark up the furniture?
- No. You pay the retailer's price, and when our agents secure trade pricing or a price match, the savings are yours, not ours.
- How long do people stay members?
- Most rooms land in one to three months and most whole-home projects in three to six. You pause or cancel the moment you're done.
- What makes the pricing possible?
- Our own sourcing technology does the searching, price checking and comparison that normally eats billable hours, so our agents spend their time on judgment and negotiation instead of browsing.
- Can I switch tiers?
- Any time. Start with a single room and move up when you're ready to take on the rest of the house.
