- Why a yearly membership instead of monthly?
- Because most single-room and three-room projects are finished in one to two weeks. A monthly retainer makes you pay for months you aren't using. One flat fee for the year covers your projects whenever you get to them.
- What does the membership actually get me?
- Member pricing on everything we source — around 20% below retail — plus the full design studio, unlimited concierge chat, and our team placing and tracking the orders. Without a membership you can still browse and still hire us, you just pay retail and a project fee.
- Does the membership pay for itself?
- On a $10,000 room, a 20% member discount is $2,000 against a $250 membership. That's the whole idea: the savings should dwarf the fee. Use the calculator below with your own numbers.
- Do you mark up the furniture?
- No. There is no markup added to your price. We buy at trade pricing, pass the member discount to you, and the difference is how the service stays affordable — instead of billing you by the hour.
