Client Services Agreement
This Agreement applies when you engage Apryl Concierge LLC for paid concierge, sourcing or purchasing services. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Scope of services
We provide design direction, sourcing plans, product research, price comparison, negotiation with retailers, order placement, and tracking through delivery. The specific rooms, pieces, budget and timeline for your engagement are what you confirm in the project wizard, a written quote or email.
Anything not expressly included is out of scope: construction, millwork, electrical, plumbing, structural work, permits, stagings, installation labour, storage, moving services and third-party trade coordination, unless we agree to arrange them for you as a pass-through.
2. Quotes and approvals
- Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise, because retailer pricing and stock move.
- No order is placed without your written approval of the piece, the price and the estimated delivery window.
- Approval given through your account, by email or in chat counts as written approval.
- If a price or lead time changes before the order is confirmed, we come back to you for re-approval.
3. Fees, deposits and payment
- Service fees are membership, hourly or flat project fees as shown on our pricing page or in your quote.
- A deposit may be required before sourcing begins; it is credited against your fees.
- Merchandise, taxes, shipping, white-glove delivery, assembly and any retailer surcharges are your cost and are payable in full before we place an order.
- Funds you provide for merchandise are used solely for your purchases and are not a retainer for our fees.
- Negotiated savings, trade pricing or promotions we obtain are passed to you; we do not take an undisclosed commission on merchandise.
- Invoices are due on receipt. Unpaid balances pause work and may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the legal maximum.
4. Cancellations and refunds
- You may cancel service work at any time in writing. Fees for work already performed and hours already logged are non-refundable.
- Memberships cancel at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate a partial month.
- Once an order is placed with a retailer, that retailer's cancellation and return policy controls. Many furniture, custom, made-to-order and clearance items are final sale or carry restocking fees of 15-30% plus return freight.
- We will always tell you when a piece is non-returnable before you approve it, based on the retailer's stated policy at that time.
- We cannot refund merchandise a retailer refuses to take back, and we are not responsible for restocking, freight or storage charges.
5. Lead times and delivery
Delivery dates are retailer and carrier estimates. Backorders, manufacturing delays, customs, weather and carrier capacity are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund of service fees. We track, chase and keep you updated; we do not guarantee a date.
You are responsible for access, measurements, elevator reservations, parking, HOA or building rules, and having someone present to receive and inspect deliveries.
6. Inspection, damage and claims
- Inspect every delivery before signing. Note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it immediately.
- Most retailers and carriers require damage or shortage claims within 24-72 hours of delivery. Late claims are routinely denied and we cannot reverse that.
- We will file and pursue claims on your behalf using the documentation you provide, but the outcome is the retailer's or carrier's decision.
- Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer or retailer, not by Apryl.
7. Measurements, fit and design outcome
We plan carefully, but final responsibility for fit rests with you: confirm dimensions, doorways, stairwells and clearances before approving a piece. Colour, grain, finish and textile shown on a screen or in an AI visualization will differ from the physical item. Taste is subjective; we do not guarantee that you will love every piece, and dissatisfaction with appearance is not a basis for a service-fee refund.
8. Insurance and risk
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery by the retailer or carrier. You are responsible for insuring your property and its contents. Apryl Concierge LLC does not insure merchandise, does not take possession of it, and is not liable for loss, theft or damage in transit or after delivery.
9. Communication and turnaround
We work business days, and reply to most messages within one business day. Projects can pause if we are waiting on your approvals, payment or access; timelines shift accordingly.
10. Liability, disputes and precedence
The limitation of liability, indemnity, binding arbitration, class action waiver and governing law in our Terms of Service apply to this Agreement in full. If a signed written agreement between us conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
