They are not a licensed designer, appraiser, contractor or adviser. Our human team reviews and approves sourcing requests and every order before anything is bought.

They are not photographs, not to scale, and not a representation that a piece will fit, match a colour, or look this way in your home. Your messages, uploaded photos and relevant project details are sent to our AI providers to produce a response. Do not upload sensitive personal, financial or health information. Handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

No order is placed by AI. A member of the Apryl team reviews each request, confirms live pricing with the retailer, negotiates where possible and only buys after your written approval.
