Tear sheets you save reference images hosted elsewhere, such as Pinterest or a retailer page, together with the source link. When you upload a photo you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. Inspiration boards are private to your project and are not published.

Product photographs and descriptions shown in sourcing plans come from retailer pages and remain the property of those retailers or brands. They are displayed to identify the item we are sourcing for you.

If you believe material on apryl.app infringes your copyright, email our designated agent at legal@apryl.app with the subject "DMCA notice", or write to Apryl Concierge LLC, 1209 N Orange St, Wilmington, DE 19801. Include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The URL or precise location of the material you want removed.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We review promptly, remove or disable access to material we determine is likely infringing, and notify the user who posted it. Knowingly filing a false notice can expose you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

If your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
